When the employer values the resource for its productivity it is bound to ensure them growth and good pay scales. From the recent trend (more then 50 placements), the students have been able to recover >80 % of the training cost from their 1st monthly salary itself. This highlights the willingness of the industry to recruit from us and most importantly the value we create for our biggest ambassadors “Our Students”.
PSIB came into existence with objective of providing employment opportunities to the the youth and most importantly create local employment for them. With this vision PSIB intends to take its presence to tier C, D cities across Northern India in its 1st phase and then to PAN India level to ensure the present youth of India is made part of the expected accelerated growth in the banking industry.
Why do banks hire from PSIB -
Availability of bank ready talent ensures reduced cost both in terms of monetary and time for the employer as the joinee has already undergone the required orientation at his own cost that too prior to his joining the organisation, thus enabling him to contribute in the revenue generation mechanism at the earliest. Secondly the bank is able to fill the openings locally hence reducing the relocation cost and indirectly reducing employee turnover ratio.
